About Us

In 2006, Carroll Development began with a focus in building specialty houses. Through this, we gained valuable knowledge in customizing homes to suit our clients’ visions, and bringing those visions to life. When the economy began on a downward spiral, we shifted our focus to remodeling homes. Through this change, we began to pour all of our efforts into learning the most efficient ways to remodel, and we are thrilled to pass the benefit of that to each of our clients.

I would never build a house that I wouldn’t live in myself.Functionality and aesthetics are the two most important things in our work, and we firmly believe in doing it right the first time. Our approach is to come in and develop solutions. We pride ourselves in using ingenuity and creativity to fix problems. While we are licensed in residential, industrial, and commercial building, our primary focus is residential. We enjoy building a relationship with our customers and encourage them to be as involved in the process as they want to be. If a homeowner wants to help demo, paint, tile, or anything in between, we strongly encourage it. Of course, if they prefer to let us do it all, we are happy to. We treat every home as if it were our own, and get contractor pricing on everything so there’s never markup on supplies. Additionally, in our home improvement agreement, we make sure that our clients are updated weekly on the cost and progress. We take pride in being trustworthy and efficient and make sure that each of our clients are satisfied with the work we have done.

Since childhood, Randy has had an innate ability to work with his hands. He was constantly taking toys apart and putting them back together. This love of construction combined with years of experience and training has led Randy to operate a one-of-a-kind new construction and remodeling business in the Tri-Cities area.

Randy is a man of faith and family. He is married to Stacie and they have two boys (Christopher & Matthew) and one baby girl (Kimberly). Together they attend Boones Creek Christian where Randy is a musician in the worship band. Randy was recently chosen to play guitar in the musical production of A Night with Janis Joplin at the historic Barter Theatre in Abingdon, Virginia.
